Swedbank is a Nordic-Baltic banking group that was founded in 1997 as a result of the merger between Sparbanken Sverige bank and Föreningsbanken. It is based in Stockholm, Sweden and offers retail banking, asset management, financial, and other services, and had 16,565 employees in late 2021.
