Swisscom
Swisscom is Switzerland’s largest telecommunications operator. It traces its roots back to 1852 when the first telegraph service between St. Gallen and Zurich marked the birth of telecommunications in the country. Swisscom went public in 1998 and today, it provides mobile and fixed communications, internet and digital TV services in Switzerland, as well as in Italy through its subsidiary Fastweb.
