China National Offshore Oil
China National Offshore Oil (CNOOC) is a fully state-owned company headquartered in China. CNOOC is the largest producer of offshore crude oil and natural gas in China and one of the largest independent oil and gas exploration and production companies in the world. Its revenue in 2022 was USD 165 billion and it employed around 19,000 people.
