Sibora has a background in securing funding and leading the development of sustainable projects across the Balkans and South America. She has focused on strategic planning, program development for emerging markets, and impact assessments for sustainable development. She brings a wealth of experience in accompanying multi-stakeholder initiatives and strengthening global partnerships for large-scale programs.

Through her work, Sibora advocates for a diverse and inclusive environmental governance in urban habitats and globally-vital landscapes. She holds a Master of Arts in International Political Economy and Development from the Erasmus Institute of Social Studies, Netherlands, and a Master of Arts in Documentary Filmmaking from the Central University of Catalonia, Barcelona.
