KAV operates at the intersection of research, policy, and implementation, with a focus on inclusive economic development, labour market participation, and vulnerable groups. Their work spans youth employment (including NEET populations), women’s economic empowerment, and child-focused policy research, implemented in collaboration with public institutions, international donors, and local stakeholders.
