Partners for Urban Knowledge, Action and Research (PUKAR) aims to create a world class incubator for producing knowledge, ideas, and innovations about global cities and communities through the lens of marginalized youth. It recognizes the centrality of space of reflection, conversation and activism for transforming developmental paradigm of urbanizing inter-dependent world to make it equitable, just and harmonious.
