Madeliene Tweito

Madeliene joins the People, HR, and Operations function at WBA as People & Workflow Lead. She will focus on building strong people foundations, enabling effective ways of working, and shaping a culture where a global, remote team can thrive. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel empowered, supported, and connected to a shared mission.

She brings over a decade of global HR and People leadership experience across a range of industries, including federal grants consulting, nonprofit, construction, and hospitality. She has led HR and People functions spanning the full employee lifecycle across multiple regions, including the Middle East, the United States, and now Europe, while partnering closely with senior leadership teams. She is equally comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, from defining long-term people strategies to delivering practical, hands-on solutions.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines.
