Leesa Muirhead

Leesa leads the development and engagement with strategic partners at WBA. She is passionate about orchestrating change, using systems thinking to design and deliver solution-orientated approaches. Leesa has 25 years of experience working with purpose driven organisations, individuals and leadership. She has worked with these entities to develop, mobilise, and communicate sustainable strategy and culture change.

With her wealth of experience, Leesa is committed to inspiring and challenging others to achieve their potential. In addition to her role at WBA, she is also on the board of Plastic Free Foundation, a member of the Integrity Council with Provenance and an accredited coach.
