Zain, formerly Mobile Telecommunications Company K.S.C.P., is a public telecommunications company founded in 1983 and headquartered in Kuwait. It provides mobile voice, data, and digital services to individual and business customers. The two major shareholders are the Government of Kuwait, through the Kuwait Investment Authority, and Omantel.
