Taiheiyo Cement Corporation is a publicly listed company headquartered in Japan. It was established in 1998 through the merger of Chichibu Onoda Cement Corporation and Nihon Cement Company. The company is an integrated cement producer engaged in the manufacture and sale of cement, ready-mixed concrete, and related building materials, as well as resource recycling and environmental services. Taiheiyo Cement also maintains an international presence through its operations and subsidiaries.
