It also includes how companies support collective bargaining and foster diversity and inclusion.

This measurement area focuses on companies' ethical conduct. It examines the measures taken to safeguard data privacy, maintain transparency in corporate taxation, eliminate bribery and corruption, and ensure responsible lobbying and political activities.
