Formerly a publicly listed entity, it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Energy AG in 2023 following its delisting from the Madrid Stock Exchange. The company specializes in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of onshore and offshore wind turbines. Formed in 2017 through the merger of Siemens Wind Power and Gamesa, Siemens Gamesa is recognized for its advanced wind power technologies and comprehensive service solutions.
