Qatar Investment Authority (QIA) is the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar, headquartered in Qatar and wholly owned by the government. Established in 2005, it manages and invests the country’s surplus oil and gas revenues across a diversified global portfolio. QIA’s investments span multiple sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, technology, healthcare, finance, and consumer industries.
