Ohio Deferred Compensation
Ohio Deferred Compensation is a state-owned supplemental retirement plan founded in 1976 and headquartered in the United States. Established by Ohio legislation, it provides voluntary retirement savings and investment services to eligible public employees, helping them supplement their retirement income through tax-advantaged savings options. The programme operates as a non-profit organisation overseen by a 13-member board of employees, retirees, and investment experts.
