This measurement area focuses on companies’ commitments to respect human rights and to remedy. It considers how companies publicly affirm their commitment to uphold internationally recognised human and labour rights, examines the processes in place to implement a human rights due diligence process, and ensures access to remedies through grievance mechanisms.

This measurement area assesses companies’ policy frameworks and initiatives to provide and promote decent work conditions. It includes evaluating how they ensure safe and healthy workplaces, provide fair wages and reduce exposure to long working hours. It also includes how companies support collective bargaining and foster diversity and inclusion.

This measurement area focuses on companies' ethical conduct. It examines the measures taken to safeguard data privacy, maintain transparency in corporate taxation, eliminate bribery and corruption, and ensure responsible lobbying and political activities.
