Meiji is a public company founded in 1916 and headquartered in Japan. The company operates in dairy, confectionery, nutritional supplements, and pharmaceuticals, with well-known brands such as Meiji milk, Meiji chocolate, and SAVAS protein. Meiji was formed in 2009 through the merger of Meiji Seika Kaisha and Meiji Dairies and holds a prominent position in the Japanese market for milk, yoghurt, cheese, chocolate, and protein products.
