Ma'aden

Ma’aden (Saudi Arabian Mining Company) is a publicly listed mining and metals company headquartered in Saudi Arabia, with the Saudi government as a major shareholder through the Public Investment Fund (PIF). Established in 1997 by royal decree, it operates across the phosphate, aluminium, gold, copper, and industrial minerals sectors, managing fully integrated value chains from exploration to production. Ma’aden is recognised as a key driver in developing Saudi Arabia’s minerals sector, the third pillar of its industrial economy beyond oil and petrochemicals. The company is listed among the Forbes Global 2000 companies.
