Ikeja Electric is a private company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. It is Nigeria's largest power distribution company, serving millions of people in and around the city of Lagos. Ikeja was formed in 2013 following the handover of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) to the North East Development Commission (NEDC)/Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) Consortium under the privatisation scheme of the Nigerian federal government.
