Headquartered in Hong Kong, its main activities include managing the Exchange Fund, supervising authorised institutions, promoting the stability and integrity of the financial system, and developing Hong Kong’s financial infrastructure. The HKMA is a part of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.
