Ferrero

Ferrero is a private, family-owned company founded in 1946 in Alba, Italy, and now headquartered in Luxembourg. It produces chocolate and non-chocolate confectionery under brands such as Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, and Tic Tac. Since 2020, Ferrero has acquired Eat Natural, Fox’s and Burton’s biscuits, Wells ice cream, Fulfil Nutrition, Fresystem (bakery). In 2025, it announced a definitive agreement to acquire WK Kellogg Co (cereals), further broadening its product offering and geographic reach.
