EPAL (Empresa Pública de Águas de Luanda) is a state-owned water utility company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Luanda, Angola. It is the largest utilities company in Angola, with the Angolan government as a significant shareholder. EPAL is responsible for the production, distribution, and commercialisation of drinking water, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
