Codelco is a state-owned mining company headquartered in Chile. Its main activities include the exploration, extraction, processing, and commercialisation of copper and by-products, including molybdenum. The company’s operations are organised into seven mining divisions: Chuquicamata, Ministro Hales, Radomiro Tomic, Gabriela Mistral, Salvador, Andina, and El Teniente, along with the Ventanas Smelter and Refinery.
