Baotou Steel, also known as Baogang Group, is a state-owned enterprise headquartered in China. Founded in 1954, the company manufactures and distributes steel products, including steel rails, steel plates, and seamless steel tubes, and is also engaged in the production of rare earths, nonferrous metals, and related products. Its operations include a major subsidiary, Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union Co., Ltd., which is listed and handles steel production and affiliated metal and mineral ventures.
