The Arab Contractors (Osman Ahmed Osman & Co.), headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, is a state-owned construction and engineering company. Founded in 1955 as a private firm and nationalised in 1961, it provides building, civil engineering, infrastructure, and project management services across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Operating across Africa and the Middle East, with offices in cities such as Cairo, Algiers, Khartoum, and Riyadh, the company has contributed to major projects including the Aswan High Dam, Cairo Metro, and Egypt’s New Administrative Capital.
