The Global Alliance for Sustainable Sports (GLASS), is an international NGO working to define, measure and certify sports clubs (SCs) globally that meet the highest standards of verified societal, governance, public transparency, ethical practices and environmental performances. They advocate for a fair and clean sports by enabling sport clubs to work towards the UN 2030 agenda and contribute at their level for the achievement of the SDGs. This means, they work toward enabling a virtuous circle between the major actors in the sport environment which are in addition to sport clubs, the fans, sponsors, leagues and federations but also government authorities.
