Tsaihung Lin

Research Analyst

Tsaihung is a Research Analyst in the urban transformation team. They are passionate about exploring the diverse practices of multiple stakeholders to promote sustainable urban development.

Prior to joining WBA, Tsaihung worked at EY as a sustainability consultant, focusing on climate-change-related corporate services, human rights due diligence, sustainable supply chain, impact measurement and management, and non-financial reporting. They previously worked as an urban and social housing policy consultant assisting public sectors in conducting field research, policy study and community planning under the topics of social housing, urban landscape and participatory design.

During their spare time, Tsaihung is actively involved in promoting contemporary artistic performance in their hometown Taoyuan, jointly organising performing arts, exhibitions and preserving local cultural heritages. Their artworks are established from field works, community engagement, and collaboration with local artists and multiple stakeholders.

Tsaihung holds a Masters in Urban Management and Development from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the National Taiwan University.
