Rachel Perkins

Rachel joined WBA in January 2024 and is responsible for orchestrating the execution of WBA’s strategic direction by working closely with the Supervisory Board and the Operations Director.  She is the liaison between the Supervisory Board and the rest of the organisation in all governance related matters.

Rachel has a varied career background, she has served as an Executive Assistant in a number of law firms and to a senior politician. More recently, she has supported the leadership team of a global management leadership organization by orchestrating the onboarding development centres for the global offices, alongside this role Rachel also supported the Managing Director and Operations Director at a social investment consultancy.  Rachel has over 25 years’ experience working with Managing Directors, Operation Directors,  Practice Group Heads, Partners and board-level executives supporting with highly confidential and high-profile clients.
