Margareta Mutis

Margareta joined WBA in April 2023 as People Operations & Finance Administrator / HR Generalist.  She is involved in day-to-day people activities and is the first point of contact for HR questions (contract, recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, immigration, and other HR conversation). She is passionate about helping organisations and employees achieve greater success by providing HR-related insights and knowledge.

Before joining WBA, she worked professionally through several HR functions in the private sector, including multinational IT and Advertising industries based in Indonesia. She also has experience in governmental sectors through various internships, more specifically in employment, health, and social sectors such as the House of Legislative of Indonesia and the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly.  She obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Indonesia and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a Human Resource Management specialization, at Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam. Greta also has a small business that aims to motivate and enlighten people by incorporating positivity and spiritual insights.
