Research Analyst

Bosco joined the Nature and Biodiversity team at WBA in 2022. He has a PhD in environmental economics from Osnabrück University and a master of science degree in environmental economics and climate change from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining WBA he was a postdoctoral researcher at the Basque Center for Climate Change (BC3), where his research focused the relationship between the environment and human well-being, and on how to design equitable environmental policy that is not only environmentally effective but also socially just. He was one of the authors of the IPBES Values Assessment, which looked at the many diverse ways in which nature is valuable for people, and how to best reflect these values in decision-making. Bosco also has experience in environmental and strategy consulting.
