Bosco is the Research Lead of the Nature Benchmark. He has a PhD in environmental economics from Osnabrück University and a master’s degree in environmental economics and climate change from the London School of Economics. Prior to joining WBA, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Basque Center for Climate Change (BC3), where he conducted research on the relationship between the environment and human well-being. His focus was on designing environmental policies that are both environmentally effective and socially just. Bosco was also one of the authors of the IPBES Values Assessment, which explored the various ways in which nature is valuable to people and how to incorporate these values into decision-making. Bosco also has experience in environmental and strategy consulting.
