2021 Access to Seeds Index Scoring Guidelines

This document outlines the scoring guidelines for the 2021 Access to Seeds Index indicators. It includes guidelines for all indicators in the index measurement areas of governance and strategy, genetic resources and intellectual property management, research and development, seed production, marketing and sales and capacity building, as outlined in the Methodology for the Access to Seeds Index, published in February 2021.
