Ralph Lauren has integrated gender into its business strategy through the Design the Change programme, establishing targets to achieve gender parity in leadership positions and increase female representation in factory management by 25% by 2025. It also engages with external stakeholders to inform its gender efforts, such as the Asian University for Women (AUW) in Bangladesh.
