Founded in 1902 as Daniel Linseed Company and incorporated as Archer Daniels Midland in 1923, today ADM is among the world's largest commodity traders. Its business is divided into three segments - Ag Services and Oilseeds, Carbohydrate Solutions and Nutrition - with activities spanning across six continents.
