2024 Allies Assembly: From 11 to 13 June in Bangkok
We invite you to attend our flagship global sustainability conference on the role of business action towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), hosted in Bangkok, Thailand – the Allies Assembly – from 11 to 13 June 2024.
The Allies Assembly is the World Benchmarking Alliance (WBA)’s annual gathering, where an international and multi-stakeholder #SDG17 community comes together to inspire diverse partnerships to drive collective action on sustainable development. Previous editions have been in India, Italy, South Africa, Mexico.
Out of the 2000 most influential companies in the world with the power to create a sustainable world, 22 are headquartered in Thailand and 107 in South-East Asia. With this massive influence, Asian stakeholders are playing a critical role in implementing the SDGs by mobilising business to act.
With the theme of ‘Bridging the Global-Local Gap in Delivering the SDGs’, this conference will bring together local, regional and international stakeholders to contribute towards this change. Over three consecutive days, the program will have multiple workshops on key themes including finance and investor action, food and agriculture, climate, social and human rights, and policy-driven action.
