Segment ranking summary

The company is active in two segments, food and beverage manufacturers and processors and food service, were it ranks 57th and 4th, respectively. In both segments, it shows above-average performance in terms of governance. Given the relevance of plastic use and packaging waste for both its segments, ThaiBev’s performance on these indicators is worth mentioning, since it has set various targets and is mobilising its stakeholders to achieve them. ThaiBev has its greatest opportunity to improve in the nutrition measurement area, where it underperforms within both segments. The company could demonstrate its commitment towards healthier and more nutritious offerings by improving the nutritional quality of its portfolio and its labelling. Overall, the company has an opportunity to improve by setting targets and disclosing information on its performance across all benchmark dimensions.
