San Miguel Food and Beverage

San Miguel Food and Beverage (San Miguel) is one of the oldest, largest and most diversified conglomerates in the Philippines, with activities spanning food and beverages, packaging, property, oil refining, energy, infrastructure and others. San Miguel Food and Beverage, which operates the majority of the group's food and agriculture activities, is itself divided into three business groups; together spirits and beer and non-alcoholic beverages are operated by San Miguel Brewery and Ginebra San Miguel, while its food operations are managed by San Miguel Foods, Magnolia and The Purefoods-Hormel Company. The group was established in 1890 as La Fabrica de Cerveza de San Miguel, Southeast Asia's first brewery.
