Fertiliser and pesticide use
EuroChem discloses that some of their advanced fertilizer products have reduced nitrogen dioxide (NO2) emissions and nitrate run-off compared to regular fertilisers, along with quantification of their impact. Examples include ENTEC, with nitrification inhibitors that reduce nitrous oxide (N20) emissions up to 72% while increasing yields 5%, and nitrogen use efficiency increase of 12%, or UTEC, with urease inhibitor, which reduces NH3 up to 90%, and increases yields 6%. However, there is no evidence of a targeted effort to increase sales of these products or of transitioning other products into having similar features.

Water use
While the company discloses its water consumption and recycling rate, it does not demonstrate quantitative reductions in water withdrawals across its own operations.
