Ting-Shao joined the World Benchmarking Alliance as a research analyst in 2022, currently working on the development of the Nature Benchmark. He is passionate about global social and environmental issues, particularly the future of work and human rights. Ting-Shao believes that data-driven benchmarks and multi-stakeholder actions are imperative in advancing sustainable development.
Prior to joining the WBA, Ting-Shao worked as a sustainability researcher at KPMG, where he supported business clients on Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) projects to enhance their sustainability ratings. Previously, Ting-Shao also interned at the World Economic Forum (WEF), International Organization for Migration (IOM), and United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF), facilitating multi-stakeholder engagement and sustainability movement in Asia and the Pacific. Born and raised in Taiwan, Ting-Shao holds two BA in Public Policy and Mandarin-English Translation from National Taipei University, and a MA in Development Studies from Graduate Institute Geneva.
