Roselyn joined the WBA in 2019 as a research analyst and is currently working on the Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment benchmark. Her prior work experience encompasses ​research in ESG and gender equality as well as capacity building for minority women in pastoralist communities in Kenya. Roselyn has a great interest in human rights and is particularly passionate about gender issues and the empowerment of women in both the formal and informal sectors; she has been pivotal in lending her voice to conversations about harmful cultural practices in Kenya and Namibia.​ Roselyn is a Chevening alumna with an MSc from the University of Edinburgh. Away from work, she is a travel and skydiving enthusiast who also enjoys literature.
