Nathan conducts research to develop the Digital Inclusion Benchmark. He is passionate about how technology can be used as a tool for social change and a driver of sustainable development.
Before joining WBA, Nathan worked freelance in the tech startup scene on projects related to data analysis, product management, and data warehouse project management. He also spent a year running randomized control trials of health, microfinance, and education projects in India and interned at The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action lab while a graduate student. Nathan holds a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University SIPA. Before graduate school, Nathan was US Peace Corps Volunteer in Rural Ethiopia where he worked on small-scale agricultural projects.
