Transporte Coletivo Urbano de Luanda (TCUL) is the public transit company serving Luanda, Angola's capital. Established in 1988, TCUL operates under the authority of the Transport Ministry of Angola's central government. It manages 40 bus lines within Luanda province and operates intercity routes to Benguela, Sumbe, N'Dalatando, Malange, Uíge, and Huambo. As a state-owned entity, TCUL plays a crucial role in providing essential transportation services to the residents of Luanda and connecting them to other major cities across Angola.
