CNH Industrial (CNH) designs and produces agricultural equipment and construction equipment (Case and New Holland brand families), trucks, buses and special vehicles (Iveco). It was established through the 1999 merger of two companies founded in the United States, Case and New Holland. In 2013, Fiat Industrial, the non-automotive part of the Italian manufacturer, merged with CNH to form CNH Industrial.
