China Steel

China Steel is the largest steelmaker in Taiwan specializing in steel plates, bars, wire rods, and coils. Founded in 1971, the company once became a state-owned company in 1977 and later privatized in 1995. China Steel produces around 1 million tons of crude steel annually and exports to China, Japan and Southeast Asia.
